Jon handles media relations for Greenmark Public Relations, a boutique Chicago firm specializing in green spaces, places and issues. Prior to entering the world of public relations, Jon spent more than 25 years in television news. At CBS 2 News in Chicago, he wrote and produced coverage of the city’s arts, entertainment and cultural scene. He also served as the producer for film critic Richard Roeper and entertainment reporter Bill Zwecker. He covered the Academy Awards, movie and theatrical premieres, exhibit openings at area museums and other Chicago cultural events. Before coming to Chicago, Jon was a television executive who helped direct daily news coverage for CBS, NBC and ABC stations in a dozen cities, including Detroit, Baltimore, New Orleans, Oklahoma City and Charlotte.
